KCBI continuously canvasses the entire marketplace to find the best investment options, regardless of which firm may be handling the property listing.
As a Buyer’s Broker, KCBI assists its clients by:
- Networking with other brokers to uncover every possible opportunity that meets a client’s investment criteria
- Actively researching an extensive array of public and private information resources to ensure that all possibilities are explored
- Conduct in-depth analysis of appropriate market data to determine the fair market value of a potential investment property
- Execute detailed cash flow and rates of return analyses, and provide a comprehensive assessment of associated risk factors
- Prepare purchase offer(s) and act as an advocate to finalize the contract
- Refer Buyers to competent legal, tax and other professional services providers
- Refer Buyers to appropriate lenders
- Professionally interpret the title commitment
- Refer Buyers to competent inspectors
- Attend all property inspections and provide written and verbal evaluation of the inspection reports
